Affiliate Program Terms

These Affiliate Program Terms govern participation in the SEO Clarity Affiliate Program.

By applying to or participating in the affiliate program, you agree to comply with these terms in addition to the general Terms of Service of SEO Clarity.

Eligibility and Approval

  • Participation in the affiliate program is by application only
  • All affiliate applications are manually reviewed
  • SEO Clarity reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion
  • Approval may be withdrawn at any time if program terms are violated

Affiliates must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

Commission Structure

  • Affiliate commissions are offered on a percentage basis
  • Commission rate is 30%, depending on approval and agreement
  • The standard product price is $97 (one-time payment)

Commissions apply only to successful, completed, and non-refunded purchases.

SEO Clarity reserves the right to adjust commission rates for:

  • New affiliates
  • Promotional periods
  • Special partner arrangements

Cookie Duration and Attribution

  • Affiliate referrals are tracked using cookies
  • Cookie duration is 30 days
  • Attribution follows a last-click model

If a user clears cookies or uses a different device, referral tracking may not be recorded.

Refunds and Chargebacks

  • SEO Clarity offers a 7-day money-back guarantee
  • If a referred purchase is refunded or charged back:
    • The affiliate commission for that transaction is reversed
    • No payout will be made for refunded sales

Affiliates are not paid for refunded, disputed, or fraudulent transactions.

Payouts

  • Affiliate payouts are processed every 15 days.
  • A minimum payout threshold may apply
  • Payout methods are determined by SEO Clarity and communicated to affiliates

Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payout information.

Permitted Promotion Methods

Affiliates may promote SEO Clarity through:

  • Personal websites or blogs
  • Educational content
  • Email newsletters to opted-in audiences
  • Social media with honest representation
  • Direct recommendations based on genuine experience

All promotions must be truthful, accurate, and aligned with the brand.

Prohibited Promotion Methods

Affiliates must not:

  • Make false or misleading claims
  • Promise rankings, traffic, or guaranteed results
  • Use coupon, cashback, or incentive-based promotions without approval
  • Engage in spam, mass unsolicited emails, or deceptive advertising
  • Bid on branded keywords or impersonate SEO Clarity
  • Use misleading landing pages or fake testimonials

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination.

Brand Representation

Affiliates agree to:

  • Represent SEO Clarity honestly and professionally
  • Avoid exaggerated or sensational language
  • Clearly disclose affiliate relationships where required by law
  • Respect SEO Clarity’s intellectual property and branding guidelines

Affiliates may not claim to be employees, partners, or owners of SEO Clarity.

Account Termination

SEO Clarity reserves the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate any affiliate account at any time
  • Withhold unpaid commissions resulting from violations
  • Remove affiliate access without prior notice in case of abuse

Termination does not entitle the affiliate to compensation for future earnings.

Modifications to the Program

SEO Clarity may update or modify the affiliate program, including:

  • Commission rates
  • Program rules
  • Payout schedules

Changes will be communicated via the affiliate dashboard or email. Continued participation indicates acceptance of updated terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates, SEO Clarity shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from participation in the affiliate program.

Governing Law

These Affiliate Program Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applicable in the Emirate of Dubai.
